Tasting note: Pale straw with attractive green hues. Herbaceous and tropical characters leap from the glass with some lime and lemon aromas following. Clean crisp flavours of tropical fruits abound with some light gooseberry/herbaceous notes and a clean finish.
Tasting note: Light to medium straw in colour, still showing youthful green tinges. Lifted bouquet of citrus fruits and summer flowers with a smoky oak background. The palate is fresh and crisp with excellent balance. This harmony leads through to the finish which is smooth and long, without heaviness or excessive acidity.
Tasting note: Twin Islands Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in colour. It has an intense aroma combining citrus peel, passionfruit and fresh garden herb notes. The palate shows grapefruit and papaya flavours with hints of bell pepper and thyme which leads to a refreshing juicy finish
Tasting note: Three Brothers Reunited Shiraz is fleshy and round in the mouth possessing loads of juicy ripe dark cherry, liquorice and dark plum flavours with a vanillin oak back palate, a spicy peppered finish and soft velvety tannins.
Tasting note: The Earthworks presents a easy-drinking style of Barossa Cabernet that’s low on the oak and high on fruit flavour. Take in its plums and blueberry muffin fruit, with a touch of spicy oak and scorched earth.
Tasting note: The wine show a lovely pale ruby colour, with a nose of subtle spice, dark cherry and raspberries. The palate is full of savoury cherry, hints of warm spice, and toasty oak and soft silky tannins.
